How many guests can you accommodate?
The Hilton Event Center can accommodate groups of up to 400 guests in a variety of event spaces and configurations. With ten different event spaces, we have something to offer for every budget, style and group size.
Do you provide audio visual assistance?
We have partnered with SNA Productions to cater to all your audio-visual needs. We are happy to connect you with our trusted AV provider to provide suggestions for enhancements for your event.
Is the Hilton Cavasson Event Center handicap accessible?
All meeting and event spaces are easily accessible via ramps or elevators, ensuring convenience for all guests.
Will a manager/coordinator be present to oversee my event?
Throughout your event, a dedicated event captain will be on hand to oversee every detail, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, your catering manager will be available to assist you throughout the event, providing comprehensive support.
