Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own decorations, provided they do not damage any of our surfaces. Please note that confetti, rice, sand, and glitter are not permitted due to the sensitivity of our life safety systems and the extensive post-event cleanup required to maintain our venue’s integrity.

Unfortunately, Hilton Cavasson Event Center cannot store items for later pickup. All items must be cleared from the venue upon the conclusion of your event.

All food and beverage items, including alcoholic beverages, must be exclusively provided by the hotel. We do not permit outside food or beverages at our venue. Special arrangements may be considered for religious purposes; all inquiries should be directed to your Catering Manager.

Complimentary self-parking is available in our adjacent parking garage. For added convenience, valet services are offered at $10 per day and $25 for overnight stays.

Please arrange your event set up with your catering manager. Pricing will be determined based on room availability and the duration of the time requested.
