What amenities are included with an event space contract?

When you reserve our event space, you will enjoy the following included amenities:

Tables, linens (available in white or black), chairs, stages, and a dance floor. Additional costs are determined based on your specific food and beverage requirements, as well as any audio-visual equipment rentals needed.

Do you require a deposit? If so, what does the deposit schedule look like?

Deposit and Payment Information: Upon receipt of the signed contract, a minimum 20% deposit based on your anticipated charges is required. The remaining balance will be divided into 2-3 installment payments, with the final payment due at least 30 days prior to your event.

Can I make a custom menu?

Absolutely! Your dedicated Catering Manager will collaborate closely with you and our award winning culinary team to create a menu that perfectly aligns with your guests’ tastes and your budget. We ensure every culinary detail is thoughtfully planned to enhance your event.

How many guests can you accommodate?

The Hilton Event Center can accommodate groups of 8 to 400 guests in a variety of event spaces and configurations. With 8 different event spaces, we have something to offer for every budget, style and group size.

Will a manager/coordinator be present to oversee my event?

A dedicated Event Captain will be present throughout your entire event to meticulously oversee every detail. Additionally, your Catering Manager will be available to assist you throughout the planning process and execution, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience from start to finish.
